The Matrix

After man loses the ultimate battle against machine a new world order changes the way the human race will live forever. The earth is taken over by the Sentinents who have created a computer program known to very few as The Matrix. This program mimics the earth before the machines took over.

Neo is a computer hacker who lives in the Matrix but has a vision that all is not right in the world. He is contacted by the freedom fighters led by the great Morpheus to join their fight against the enemy. Morpheus believes he is the chosen One, the only one who can bring down the machines and restore the earth to their people.

This movie is loaded with unstoppable action, adventure and mystery. It is a battle that is not won in the first round. The adventure continues with The Matrix Reloaded and Revolutions where Neo’s faith in himself is tested time and time again. The Freedom fighters will not stop fighting until the sentinents have been destroyed and Zion is free.

Matrix Reloaded

Life on Zion is not at all like it was on earth but the people believe in Neo, that he was chosen to lead them to victory. Neo, Trinity and Morpheus set out once more to protect Zion by bringing down the hold the Sentinents have over their planet. They do battle against a couple of ghosts known as The Twins who are guarding the Keymaker, who holds the key to every door in The Matrix.

Some of the new cast additions include Persephone (Monica Bellucci), Niobe (Jada Pinkett Smith) and The Twins played by Neil and Adrian Rayment who make Reloaded as memorable as the original Matrix.

Matrix Revolutions

The tagline for this movie is “Everything that has a beginning has an end.”

Revolutions, marks the machines invasion of Zion. The machines have located Zion and it will be up to Neo and the freedom fighters to keep them from destroying the only place safe for humans to live. Life in The Matrix is changing as more and more people become aware of the enslaving conditions in which they live. The Sentinents want to put a stop to the anarchy among the people in The Matrix by destroying what the people of Zion have built.

Matrix Revisited

This is a documentary on video and DVD that explores the making of the original film and provides a glimpse of what to expect in the trilogy.

Animatrix

The 9 episode series of animated short subjects were assembled to build up the anticipation of The Matrix Reloaded. Five of the nine episodes were written by "Matrix" creators Andy and Larry Wachowski while the others were developed by some of Anime's hottest names. The Animatrix can now be purchased on DVD and video.

Matrix Comic Books

Red Pill Productions released a 160-page trade paperback volume, The Matrix Comics in October 2003. The trade paperback release will be followed a couple of months later by a limited hardcover edition.
