Once at the crime scene, he uses his professional skills to assess numerous clues surrounding the dead body in an effort to discover the identity of the murderer. With a beautiful young woman (Sophie Neveu, the victim’s granddaughter who also believes in his innocence), Langdon embarks on a treacherous journey across Europe to solve a mystery that is thousands of years old.
