Children’s Movies
If you were ever looking for a hero or some inspiration you could always find it in the many animated characters featured in Disney films over the years. 1937 marked the year of Disney’s first full-length animated musical feature entitled Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. It was an instant hit that inspired Walt Disney to create unforgettable endearing characters in films that have stood the test of time. New characters from popular Disney animated films are constantly being added to the ever-growing Disney family. Like something a little more mysterious? Check out my Harry Potter page.
A great cast of actors portrayed in this film include Albert Brooks, Ellen DeGeneres, Willem Dafoe, Geoffrey Rush, Allison Janney, Brad Garrett, Barry Humphries and Alexander Gould. Piglet is the nervous not so confident character in the group yet he is capable of making a difference! When his friends Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Rabbit and Eeyore realize he has gone missing they set out to find Piglet and remind him how important he really is. While Baloo and Mowgli enjoy a happy reunion, Shere Khan lurks awaiting his revenge. Upon venturing into the dangerous jungle to find Mowgli, Shanti and Ranjan find unexpected trouble awaiting them. Once Mowgli is found he is faced with an important decision; will he stay with his friends in the jungle or return home to his family? Also see Disney Posters and a special dedication to Winnie the Pooh. |
